Credit card payment on-line
Worried about using your credit card? Rest assured, when shopping on-line at giftboxexpress.com.au there is no need to feel concerned.
Infact it’s no different to real life shopping but without the hassle of having to drive or find parking. We encrypt all of your personal information including your credit card number, name and delivery address; so that it cannot be read as it travels over the internet.

Credit card payment by phone
If you are uncomfortable about providing your credit card number on-line you are most welcome to call us and we will process payment over the phone.
Simply phone us during business hours: + 61 8 9383 2233 or place your order online, selecting “credit card payment by phone” as the method of payment during stage 2 of the checkout procedure. Phone us once you have confirmed your order and we will take your credit card details and finalise your order.
Payment by direct deposit
If you would prefer to pay by direct deposit into Giftbox Express's bank account please select the "direct deposit" option during stage 2 of the checkout procedure. Once you have confirmed your order you will be provided with our bank account information and a reference number. Please quote the reference number when making payment into our bank account and e-mail details of your payment to us as verification. Your order will be processed by Giftbox Express as soon as payment has been received.
Order confirmation / Tax invoice
Selecting any of the available payment types during the checkout procedure will provide a printable confirmation of your order, and optionally, you may elect to have confirmation e-mailed to you.
By default, we do not provide a Tax Invoice, however, if you require an Australian Tax invoice for GST purposes, you may elect to have one e-mailed. In this case, please provide a name and e-mail address during stage 3 of the checkout process.
Australian Goods and Services Tax
All prices on this site are shown in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services tax. The total amount of GST levied depends on the contents of the Giftbox as certain foodlines are GST free.
Currency
All prices shown on this site are listed in Australian currency and all transactions are settled in Australian dollars [$AUD]. If you are ordering from a country other than Australia, and your bank account or credit card is held in a different currency, you can order by credit card and your currency will automatically be converted to Australian dollars when you complete the transaction.
The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate. Many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee, contact your bank or credit provider for details. The final charge to your card is made in Australian dollars and your bank or credit provider determines the ultimate conversion rate.
